About Leslie
As a native of Central Missouri, I grew up on a farm and later became an alumna of the University of Missouri-Columbia, earning a master's degree in social work. I began my professional journey as the manager of Los Bandidos Mexican Restaurant, where I oversaw daily operations and managed a team of over 40 employees. In 1994, my husband started a new career as a general contractor, and in 1995, I launched my career in real estate.
Navigating today's market can feel overwhelming-I understand. My organizational skills, social and emotional intelligence, and problem-solving abilities are key to creating a stress-free experience for my clients. I provide guidance with care, integrity, and attention to detail, helping them navigate every step of their homeownership journey. Whether assisting a first-time buyer, someone searching for their dream home, or a seller preparing to list their property, I am passionate about offering tips and staging strategies to simplify the process. My approach is simple yet profound - I genuinely care about each client's experience, listening to their needs and treating every transaction as if it were my own home. After all, there's no place like home!
When I'm not selling real estate, I enjoy vegetable and flower gardening, birdwatching, cooking, traveling, and spending time with family and friends. I am also a dedicated supporter of the American Cancer Society, Pascale's Pals, the Salvation Army, and the American Heart Association.
