Hi, I'm Janel Coleman! As a lifelong resident of Columbia, I've grown up with a deep appreciation for everything this town has to offer. From the charming neighborhoods to the strong sense of community, Columbia has always felt like home—and thanks to the many connections I've built over the years, it truly feels like one big family.
With a background in sales and a heart for helping people, becoming a REALTOR® felt like the perfect next step. I love being able to guide clients through one of the biggest decisions of their lives, whether it's buying their first home, selling a property, or finding that dream space they've always imagined. My goal is to make the process as smooth, fun, and stress-free as possible, while offering the local insight only a true Columbia native can provide.
Outside of real estate, you'll usually find me in the kitchen, cooking up something delicious for my friends and family—hosting and feeding the people I love is one of my favorite things to do! And when I really want to relax and recharge, there's nothing better than a 7-day cruise to soak up the sun and enjoy some adventure.
