With more than 30 years of experience in real estate, new construction, development, and the housing industry, Jay Wilson has built a reputation as one of the most knowledgeable and trusted professionals in Mid-Missouri real estate.
As one of the five owners of Weichert, Realtors – House of Brokers, Jay brings a unique depth of experience to every transaction. His extensive background in construction and development gives him an understanding of homes that goes far beyond buying and selling. From the details of how a home is built to land development, property values, investments, and the ever-changing real estate market, Jay is known around the office as the go-to guy for just about anything involving a house.
Throughout his career, Jay has consistently been a top-producing REALTOR® while also serving as a mentor and resource for fellow agents. Born in Jefferson City and raised in Columbia, Jay has deep roots in Mid-Missouri and extensive knowledge of both markets and the communities in between. Outside of real estate, Jay enjoys spending time with his family, fishing, and getting away to the lake whenever he can.
