As we reflect on 2024, we're filled with gratitude for our amazing clients, friends, and community. This year has been full of exciting changes and milestones, and we're thrilled to share some highlights with you.
We began the year by moving to House of Brokers Realty, Inc. in January, setting the stage for growth and new opportunities to better serve our clients. Taylor and Ariel both made the decision to leave their former careers and focus on real estate full time with Taylor making the transition in February and Ariel in May of this year. As a team of now three full-time Realtors, we expanded into a sunny corner office at the corner of Stadium and West Broadway. Let us know when you can come by for a tour and we'll have lunch!
2024 was full of personal milestones, too. Emily and her family sold their first flip house after spending several months remodeling it. Ariel and her husband celebrated their daughter's first birthday in August, and in October, Taylor married her high school sweetheart.
This year has shown us how much we love working together to better serve our clients, and we are so proud to have helped 57 families buy and sell homes in Columbia and the surrounding areas.
If you're thinking about buying or selling a home -- or know someone who is -- we'd love to help! Thank you for being apart of our journey, and we wish you a joyful holiday season and a prosperous new year.
Warm regards,
Emily, Ariel & Taylor
