Missouri Housing Market Statistics for August 2020

The market this year is still thriving, despite going into the fall season. Take a look for yourself at the numbers from August. The average selling price of a home is up 14% from last year (2019) and up 18.7% from the year before that (2018)! Homes are spending less days on the market compared to last year and the year before that.

There still isn't much home inventory, making it a sellers market! If you or someone you know is thinking about selling, give House of Brokers a call! We can pair you up with one of our licensed Realtors, who can assist you in finding your dream home!
