Missouri Housing Market Statistics for August 2020
The market this year is still thriving, despite going into the fall season. Take a look for yourself at the numbers from August. The average selling price of a home is up 14% from last year (2019) and up 18.7% from the year before that (2018)! Homes are spending less days on the market compared to last year and the year before that.
